We had a great time April 26-28, 2024, in Abilene, celebrating McMurry’s Spring Alumni Weekend.
The highlight of the weekend was the rededication of the newly reimagined Garrison United Methodist Campus Center, where we enjoyed a special open house to explore its expanded and modernized space. We unveiled the beautiful, new Centennial Garden sculpture and experienced the irises in the full glory of their second season. We celebrated our generous donors at the Pillars of Philanthropy: Night of Gratitude, honored our outstanding alumni at the Alumni Achievement Awards: Night of Distinction, and celebrated students and alumni at the 20th annual McMurry Ring Ceremony. We reunited to celebrate Delta Beta Epsilon’s 80th anniversary, shared beautiful music together at the McMurry Alumni Band & Wind Ensemble Concert, networked at various affinity group meetings, and simply enjoyed each other’s company at the All Alumni Social. It was a weekend of meaningful connections and cherished memories.
Experience the weekend for yourself through these story, photo, and video recaps.
